From 1994 to 1999, Prof. Dr. Florian Beuer studied at the Dental School of the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich, Germany, where he gained his license to practice (DDS) in 2000. From 2000 to 2001, he worked as an employed dentist in a private practice. In 2002, he became assistant professor in the Department of Prosthodontics of the Ludwig Maximilian University and made his Dissertation (Dr. med. dent.) in the same year. He became Specialist in Implantology (German Society for Implantology) in 2005. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as a Visiting Professor at the Pacific Dental Institute in Portland, Oregon (Director: John A. Sorensen DMD, PhD). His habilitation (Priv. Doz., PhD) was in 2009 at the LMU. From 2009 to 2015, he was the Vice President of the "Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ästhetische Zahnheilkunde (DGAEZ)". In 2010, he became an Expert in Prosthodontics after a further education at DGPro. Since 2011, Prof. Buer is a board member of the Team AG Ceramics. In the same year, he became the editor of the "Teamwork Journal of Continuing Dental Education". Since 2014, he was full Professor at Ludwig Maximilians University until 2015, when he became the Chairman of the Department of Prosthodontics at the Charité University of Medicine Berlin. He is also a Board Member of the German Society for Implantology (DGI).He gained his Master of Medical Education MME (University of Heidelberg) in 2015.

Renato Cocconi MD, MS, is an orthodontist in Parma, Italy where he belongs to the FACEOrtho Surgical Center, a private practice with Dr. Raffaini. Dr. Cocconi attended the University of Milan for both dental training and a three year program in Orthodontics where he obtained his master's degree (1993) and where he served as a clinical professor (1993-2008). Daniel Edelhoff granted his Certified Dental Technician degree from the Dental technician school in Düsseldorf, Germany. He graduated from Dental School in 1991 and earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the University of Aachen, Germany in 1994. He served as Visiting Professor at the Dental Clinical Research Center of the Oregon Health and Sciences University, Portland, Oregon from 1999 to 2001. He granted his Ph.D. in June 2003 at the University of Aachen and is currently Director and Chair at the Department of Prosthodontics and Dental Material Sciences at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. Daniel Edelhoff is board certified Specialist in Prosthodontics and holds membership in the German Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine and the German Society Dental Prosthetics and Biomaterial Sciences (DGPro). He is Vice-President of the Association of Dental Technology (ADT), member of the advisory board of the DGPro, Associate Member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED) and International College of Dentists (ICD), as well as Scientific Chairman of the 8th World Congress of the International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry (IFED) 2013 in Munich. Dr. Kokich Jr. received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1996 and completed a general practice residency at the University of Washington Medical Center in 1997. He remained at the University of Washington for his orthodontic training where he obtained his Masters in Orthodontics in 1999. Since then he has remained on faculty in the Department of Orthodontics as an Affiliate Assistant Professor while maintaining a private practice in Tacoma, Washington. He has received the Charles L. Dr. Mauro Merli earned his degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Bologna in 1986, and in 1989 in Odontostomatology. After completion of academic studies he underwent clinical training in Prosthodontics, Implant and Perio surgery and Adult Orthodontics, and focused himself on interdisciplinary treatment of complex and high esthetic demands patients. He is a Visiting Professor at the Department of Prosthodontics Eastman Institute for Oral Health, University of Rochester (NY) and a Visiting Professor for Interdisciplinary Treatments at the Postgraduate Program in Orthodontics in the University of Milan. He is an Active Member of the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry (AIOP), of the Italian Society of Orthodontics (SIDO) and of the Italian Society of Periodontology and Implantology (SIdP), a member of the Cochrane Oral Health group (Manchester, UK), as well as fellow of several national and international dental associations. He is a member of the Executive Board of AIOP and of CIC (Italian Commitee representing Dental Scientific Societies). Dr. Paolo Vigolo

Dr. Paolo Vigolo gained a first class honours degree cum laude in Dentistry in 1986 from the University of Padova (Italy). In 1987 he won the "G.F.Cattozzo" scholarship, which allowed him to spend six months in the Department of Restorative Dentistry of Tufts University, Boston. From 1988 to 1991 he was once again in the United States, where he obtained a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Prosthodontics and became Master of Science in Dentistry (Prosthodontics), both from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Since 1991, on his return to Italy, he has run his own dental clinic in Vicenza, where he is principally concerned with dental prostheses and implantology. Since 2000 he is part-time Assistant Professor of Periodontal-Prosthetics at the Department of Clinical Odontostomatology for the degree course in Dentistry at the University of Padova. In 1992 he was assigned second place in the Annual Research Award of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics. In 2001 he won the Judson C. Hickey Award in the Clinical Science and Research Category organised by the Editorial Council of The Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry. Dr. Vigolo is the author of numerous publications in the field of prosthetics and implants.
Prof. Dr. Hannes Wachtel

Professor Hannes Wachtel received his dental degree in 1982 from the University of Tübingen. He followed a postgraduate training in Prosthodontics at the University of Southern California, and after that in Periodontology at the Free University Berlin. Subsequently he was elected as Associate Professor in Periodontology and obtained his PhD. Currently he holds a clinical professorship at the University of Berlin, Medicine Charité as well as at the University of Gothenburg, Sahlgrenska Academy. He is a member of various dental organizations including active member of European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED) and lectures nationally and internationally on periodontics, implantology and esthetics. He is author of over 100 scientific articles and has published numerous chapters in textbooks. Since 1994 he maintained a private clinic in Munich, together with Wolfgang Bolz, devoted to periodontology, implantology and restorative dentistry. In 2014, he and his partner founded the implaneo Dental Clinic, specialized in implant dentistry focusing on all‐on‐4 treatment concepts including rehabilitation with zygomatic implants.
Prof. Dr. Daniel Wismeijer

Studied dentistry at the University of Nijmegen Dental School from 1979-1984. After graduating he joined the department of Oral Function and worked in de section of special dental care and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. He received his PhD in 1996 on the subject of overdentures on dental implants; "The Breda Implant Overdenture Study". In that year he left Academia. From 1985 till 2006 he worked at the Amphia teaching Hospital in Breda in the department of Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. In 1985 he started a general dental practice which since 1990 is a referral practice for Oral Implantology. Has been president of the Dutch Prosthodontic Association and the Dutch Association for Gnathology. He is an ITI fellow since 1993. In the ITI he has served as a member of the ITI education Core Group for 8 years. Since 2012 he is a member of the ITI research committee in 2013 has been elected as an ITI board member at large and since 2015 he has been elected chairman of the ITI education committee. In 2006 he accepted the position of Professor of Oral Implantology and Prosthetic Dentistry at ACTA Amsterdam which he combines with his referral practice. He is the head of the section of Oral Implantology and Prosthetic Dentistry . The research areas in his section are focused on "CAD/CAM treatment optimization", "Digital Dentistry, treatment evaluation and workflow"," implant surface and bone substitute optimization" "peri-implantitis" as well as " the evaluation of different implant based treatment modalities".
